Customer Questions & Answers: Q: I am 5'7" about 142 lbs and have broad shoulders and carry that extra weight in my abdomen. Small or medium? A: I would suggest a medium. Also, just FYI, at your height, it may run a little shorter than it appears in the photo, likely just above the knee.

Q: Does this material shrink? A: I washed it on delicate and hung it to dry. It did not shrink.

Q: What is the length? A: (1) It's an empire dress, which means the seam is right below the bust line. It's 24 inches from the seam to the knee. (2) I am 5'8" and the dress falls below my knees. (3) I am 5'4" 135 lb and it comes to just above my knees.
